Return Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival. In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all tags and labels.

If your item arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

1. Email us at info@silverling.be with your order details and photos showing the damage.
2. Once we verify the damage, we will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.

No Refunds for Other Returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds for reasons other than damage. For undamaged items, we recommend considering selling them on platforms such as Vinted, where our products often sell quickly and at competitive prices.
